Sometimes it is frustrating to make a purchase on the internet if you are buying from a different country. Language can be a barrier and sometimes there are questions to be asked. Also, trusting that you will receive the package once you have placed the order is an issue.
Here are a few tips to hopefully make your purchases from an international website a little smoother:
1. Make sure that you can communicate with the company. If you cannot communicate over the phone then see if you can use email, live help or other forms of communication.
