Protecting your eyes with sunglasses

Eye doctors recommend that you wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the glaring sun in the day. This is especially if you go out a lot. Sunglasses are not only stylish looking, they help shield your eyes from the glare and from the UV rays, if you buy one that blocks UV rays.

UV rays are bad for your eyes as they can cause cataracts to form. Cataracts will cause your sight to blur, and you will need an operation to remove them so you can see clearly again. UV rays are also aging, and the skin around your eyes is very delicate. If you find yourself squinting in the sun, then you will cause wrinkles to form around your eyes. That will be unsightly and you may spend more money trying to rectify this in later years.

So, make sure you wear your sunglasses when you go out, and you can check out Wholesale Sunglasses for designs.
